The new indoor tournament provides competition for junior golfers during off-peak golf seasons and expands GOLFZON’s footprint in simulator golf competitions.
Chantilly, Va. – January 20, 2026 – GOLFZON, the global leader in golf simulator technology, has announced the launch of the GOLFZON Leadbetter Junior Tour, an exciting new indoor competition powered by the company’s cutting-edge simulator technology. Designed to expand competitive opportunities for junior golfers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, the tour allows players to train and compete at their local GOLFZON commercial facilities—helping them stay sharp and tournament-ready all year long.
In its first year, the competition will feature 10 tournaments, five from March to May and another five from October to December, during which golfers will have the opportunity to compete against other junior golfers internationally, earn the designation of the Top Golfer in their state and country, and play in the Tour Championship. The competition will feature three different age groups for boys and girls: 11 and under, 12-14 and 15-17 year olds. Winners from each division will receive a one-hour, virtual golf lesson from the legendary David Leadbetter and a membership for bay time at their local GOLFZON facility for 2027.

These simulators utilize advanced camera systems for precise measurement, enabling more accurate calculations of launch angle, spin, speed, and club path, and feature the GOLFZON Motion Plate, which allows players to hit from up to 56,000 distinct lies.
