The 2026 GOLFZON CHINA OPEN is a global simulator golf tour that brings this opportunity to life. Professional and amateur golfers will compete in regional qualifiers on GOLFZON systems, advance through each stage of competition, and set their sights on the Global Finals at GOLFZON CITYGOLF in China.

 

 

The 2026 GOLFZON CHINA OPEN is an international simulator golf tournament that gives golfers around the world the opportunity to compete in regional qualifiers and earn a place in the Global Finals in China.

Professional and amateur golfers from Asia, Europe, and the Americas will begin their journey on GOLFZON systems. The top players from each region will advance through regional qualifiers and subsequent stages of competition for the chance to compete in the championship final at GOLFZON CITYGOLF in China.

 

The 2026 tournament will feature a total prize purse of approximately $3 million, double the amount offered in 2025. The eventual champion is expected to receive approximately $736,000 in prize money.

Players can enter their regional qualifier through a designated GOLFZON system and compete on the assigned tournament course. Their scores will determine their position on the regional leaderboard, with the top players from each region advancing to the next stage.

 

 

This year’s tournament welcomes both professional and amateur golfers.

Alongside established tour players, everyday competitors who have sharpened their skills at local GOLFZON locations can earn a chance to compete on the international stage through qualifying. Although formats and selection procedures may differ by region, the tournament is built on a clear principle: advancement is determined by performance, not background.

 

 

A total of 170 players who advance through the regional qualifying stages will earn a place in the Global Finals in China. The championship will be held over four days, from December 17–20, 2026, at a CITYGOLF venue in China.

The competition will be contested over four rounds using the CITYGOLF System, with cumulative scores determining the standings. A cut will be made after the first two rounds based on leaderboard position, and only those who make the cut will advance to the final two rounds to compete for the championship title.

 

 

With a prize purse of approximately $3 million, the tournament’s intense competition and innovative format are set to deliver an exciting experience for golf fans around the world.
