Tournaments
GOLFZON America, Inc. (“GOLFZON”) located at 3863 Centerview Drive Suite #300 in Chantilly, VA 20151, is the sponsor of this golf competition, called the GOLFZON Leadbetter* Junior Tour, in which players will compete remotely against one another on GOLFZON Simulators in virtual golf tournaments using simulated golf courses at locations selected by GOLFZON (each a “Host Facility”). Participants can register for the GOLFZON Leadbetter Junior Tour by paying the membership fee and executing the Participant Release & Waiver. Participants are responsible to pay standard fees for their use of simulator hitting bays imposed by Host Facilities, if any. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. GOLFZON reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, suspend, or postpone the GOLFZON Leadbetter Junior Tour. Similarly, GOLFZON reserves the right to modify the contest and/or these Rules & Regulations in response to circumstances that are not in the reasonable control of GOLFZON.

State Championship (Tournament #5)
• April 27, 2026 – May 03, 2026
• Must compete in at least one (1) of the first four (4) tournaments scheduled to qualify

• Week 7 Tournament –October 26, 2026 – November 01, 2026

Junior Tour Championship (Tournament #10):
• December 13, 2026
• Must compete in at least two (2) of the tournaments scheduled in 2026 to qualify (any two (2) of the previous nine (9) tournaments scheduled)
Format
All tournaments are individual stroke play. Players can play each tournament course as many times as they choose during the relevant tournament period. Players must record each score, but only the lowest score will be recorded on the tournament leaderboard. Tournament courses will be announced prior to each tournament.
Age Divisions
Each tournament competition shall have three age divisions split by gender. Age is determined by the player’s age on the start date of the first event on December 13, 2026. Players must submit their birthdate at registration and select the correct age division. Tee Yardages are based on age/division and announced prior to the relevant competition.

Scoring
Players are responsible for entering their score into the Golf Genius app at the completion of their round. The maximum score on any hole is a double par.
Tiebreakers
When there is a tie in any tournament event and priority must be determined, the scores from the back nine (9), back six (6), and back three (3) holes of the relevant round are compared in order. If there is still a tie, scores will be compared hole by hole starting from the last hole to the first (1st) hole.
Caddies and Advice
Caddies are only permitted in the eleven (11) & under age division. Parents/Caddies may help and give advice, but the player must hit each shot.
Caddies are not permitted in the twelve (12) – fourteen (14) and fifteen (15) – seventeen (17) year old divisions, and no advice is permitted, including without limitation from parents. First (1st) offense will result in a warning and second (2nd) offense results in disqualification.
Playing Surface
It is encouraged that all players play the golf ball from the appropriate surface as designated by the simulator. If a player hits a shot from the incorrect surface, the distance penalty as shown by the simulator will be in effect. No further penalty shall be assessed.
Medals/Prizes
Medals shall be awarded to first (1st), second (2nd) and third (3rd) place in each age group for each tournament. A separate medal shall be awarded to the lowest scoring team in the State Championship* and the lowest scoring player in the Junior Tour Championship. The winner of the Junior Tour Championship shall also win a one (1) hour virtual golf lesson from David Leadbetter (subject to availability) and a gift card/credit to the winner’s Host Facility with a maximum value of $1000 to be used exclusively for booking simulator bay time at MSRP.**
* The lowest scoring player from each of the age divisions and gender divisions shall form the winning team (6ppl total).
**Gift card/credit expires within one (1) year of issuance. Simulator bay time reservations subject to availability and blackout dates. In the event that the player cannot accept the prize due to athletic association restriction or other considerations, player may elect to receive a junior tour branded golf bag ($300 value).
Fraud/Cheating
No forms of cheating or gaining an unfair advantage shall be tolerated. GOLFZON reserves the right to disqualify players if there is a suspicion regarding cheating or breach of the official rules.
COMPETITION RULES
The following rules apply to all GOLFZON Leadbetter Junior Tour events:
1. Equipment: Participants may only use United States Golf Association (USGA) approved golf equipment and must not start a round with more than fourteen (14) clubs. Players may not adjust their equipment mid round. If a participant breaks a club, they may replace it with a substantially similar club. Participants must use the balls provided by the applicable Host Facility and may not tamper with the balls in any way. Participants may not bring their own golf balls. If a club is adjusted during the round, it must be returned to its original setting before playing another stroke. If a club is damaged during a round the club may be replaced but not by borrowing a club from another competitor. Players must not share clubs.
2. Artificial Devices. A player must not set an object down to help with aiming or to help with taking a stance for the stroke (Using an alignment stick or a club on the ground is not permitted). A player must not use a device to listen to music or other audio to eliminate distractions or help with swing tempo. The use of any swing training aid is not permitted.
3. Settings: Simulator settings shall be standardized for all participants either by GOLFZON or the Host Facility and participants may not change the settings. Participants must report any improper settings to the Host Facility or GOLFZON officials, as applicable.
4. Tournament Committee: A group of at least three individuals selected by GOLFZON will have the authority to make all final interpretations and determinations under these Rules & Regulations. In accordance with Rules & Regulations and as otherwise set forth herein, the Tournament Committee, shall have the sole and exclusive authority to apply and enforce these Rules & Regulations throughout the GOLFZON Leadbetter Junior Tour and shall, where necessary, make decisions regarding the interpretation of these Rules & Regulations. GOLFZON reserves the right, in accordance with these Rules & Regulations, to investigate, adjudicate and resolve any disciplinary matters that arise in connection with the GOLFZON Leadbetter Junior Tour. The decisions of the Tournament Committee shall in all cases be final. Each Host Facility and each participant may take no action to hinder the activity or authority of GOLFZON and/or the Tournament Committee, nor their ability to enforce the Rules & Regulations as set forth herein.
5. Participant Release & Waiver: As a condition of entry, each team member and their parent/guardian must sign GOLFZON’s separate Participant Release & Waiver, and GOLFZON must receive such signed Participant Release & Waiver from each player prior to participation in any GOLFZON Leadbetter Junior Tour Event in the manner specified by GOLFZON prior to the Qualifier Event(s). Without limiting anything in the Participant Release & Waiver, each player understands that by signing the Participant Release & Waiver, the player (i) acknowledges that GOLFZON has had no involvement on the operation and administration of the competition events at the Host Facility except as explicitly set forth in these rules, and (ii) acknowledges that they have given consent to GOLFZON to use their name, image, and likeness for commercial purposes.
6. Medical Authorization: Each team member hereby authorizes medical personnel engaged by the Host or by GOLFZON to provide medical or diagnostic services in the event a team member becomes ill or sustains an injury in connection with his/her participation in the GOLFZON Leadbetter Junior Tour.
7. No Manipulation of Results: Neither the Host nor any team member may (i) take any action designed to manipulate the results of any individual match; or (ii) participate or assist in any activities associated with the GOLFZON Leadbetter Junior Tour that violate U.S. federal gambling laws or the gambling laws of the city, state, province, or nation having jurisdiction over such activities.
8. Simulator Failure: If the Host’s systems crash/freeze, the round is to be resumed at the tee of the hole currently in play. Upon the approval of the Tournament committee, a round may be rescheduled in the event of a prolonged malfunction preventing play may.
9. Account Usage: Participants must not log in and play using another person’s ID for qualification or competition purposes. If caught, this will be considered a violation of the rules against ID theft and proxy play, which would lead to disqualification. Participants must only use their own ID, and proxy play may result in being referred to the disciplinary committee, potentially leading to future disqualification in competition participation.
10. Course Length: The GOLFZON Leadbetter Junior Tour is open to participants of all sexes and gender identities. Participants whose biological sex is female at birth shall have the option to participate in the appropriate age division for females playing from the shorter designated tees assigned for all participants in that division, as determined by the Tournament Committee. The Tournament Committee will have the authority to make case by case determinations on whether participants qualify for each division.
11. Etiquette: The Rules Committee may apply penalties up to and including disqualification in the event of etiquette violations such as:
• Repeated use of abusive language
• Damaging or throwing clubs
• Engaging in disrespectful or offensive behavior towards other players, competition officials, spectators, or staff
• Damaging tournament facilities or the course (e.g., bunker mats)
• Delaying play by using function keys other than directional keys at kiosks (no directional keys may be used on the putting surface)
• Engaging in violence, or smoking/vaping/nicotine products at the tournament venue (considered extremely improper behavior)
• Using electronic devices (e.g., mobile phones) during the tournament is permitted and must be in silent mode
• Offering or accepting advice in contravention of the rules
• Repeatedly violating tournament rules (more than twice is considered extremely improper behavior)
