GOLFZON TOUR ALLSTARS
Rules and Regulations

GOLFZON America, Inc. (“GOLFZON”) located at 3863 Centerview Drive Suite #300 in Chantilly, VA 20151, is the sponsor of this golf competition, called the GOLFZON TOUR ALLSTARS, in which Participants will compete remotely against each other and against two (2) teams of two (2) players from the GOLFZON TOUR and GTOUR on GOLFZON Simulators in a virtual round at locations selected by GOLFZON (each a “Host Facility”). Participants can register for the GOLFZON TOUR ALLSTARS event by participating in the designated tournament event on the applicable Host Facility TwoVision NX simulator using their GOLFZON ID. Participants must login to the GOLFZON TOUR ALLSTARS tournament prior to the designated time to be able to participate and post a score. Any Participants entering the GOLFZON TOUR ALLSTARS tournament after the designated time shall be disqualified.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE GOLFZON TOUR ALLSTARS; but participants are responsible to pay standard fees for their use of simulator hitting bays imposed by the host facilities, if any. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. GOLFZON reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, suspend, or postpone the GOLFZON TOUR ALLSTARS. Similarly, GOLFZON reserves the right to modify the contest and/or these Rules & Regulations in response to circumstances that are not in the reasonable control of GOLFZON. All participants must be eighteen (18) years or older to participate and receive the prize. GOLFZON employees are prohibited from participation.

In exchange for the intangible value gained by participating in the GOLFZON TOUR ALLSTARS, Participants, to the greatest extent permitted by law, agree to hold GOLFZON, its affiliates, licensors, and related parties HARMLESS from and against any and all claims or demands arising out of, relating to, or in connection with participation in THE GOLFZON TOUR ALLSTARS. each PARTICIPANT irrevocably waives, any right to sue, and covenants not to sue GOLFZON, its affiliates, licensors, and related parties.

Format

Participants shall utilize TwoVision NX simulators at their Host Facility to play nine (9) holes on a simulated course (designated by GOFLZON prior to the tournament) in an individual stroke play format during a live online network play round against each other, as well as against two (2) teams of two (2) players, one (1) team from GOLFZON TOUR and one (1) team from GTOUR, each team playing in an alternate shot stroke play format on a TwoVision NX simulator at the Orlando PGA Show.

The two (2) Participants that have a lower score than both the GOLFZON TOUR and GTOUR players and have the lowest score among all other Participants shall each win one (1) of the two (2) prizes.

Match will start at 3pm on January 21, 2026 and will be streamed live on the Golfzon America YouTube Channel (https://www.youtube.com/@GOLFZONGOLF). Participants must join before the GTOUR and GOLFZON TOUR players complete the third hole of the round to record a score.

Scoring

All scoring shall be conducted through GOLFZON’s GSM software. Technical issues/failures may void Participant’s score. When there is a tie and priority must be determined, the scores from the back nine (9), back six (6), and back three (3) holes of the relevant round are compared in order. If there is still a tie, scores will be compared hole by hole starting from the last hole to the first (1st) hole.

Playing Surface

It is encouraged that all Participants play the golf ball from the appropriate surface as designated by the simulator. If a Participant hits a shot from the incorrect surface, the distance penalty as shown by the simulator will be in effect. No further penalty shall be assessed.

All Participants are individually responsible to determine the impact of their participation in the GOLFZON TOUR ALLSTARS, and/or acceptance of any prizes from GOLFZON, on their personal amateur status or NCAA commitments.GOLFZON makes no representations or warranties regarding such impact.

Fraud/Cheating

No forms of cheating or gaining an unfair advantage shall be tolerated. GOLFZON reserves the right to disqualify Participants if there is a suspicion regarding cheating or breach of the official rules.

COMPETITION RULES
The following rules apply to all GOLFZON TOUR ALLSTARS events:

  1. Equipment: Participants may only use United States Golf Association (USGA) approved golf equipment and must not start a round with more than fourteen (14) clubs. Participants may not adjust their equipment mid round. If a participant breaks a club, they may replace it with a substantially similar club. Participants must use the balls provided by the applicable Host Facility and may not tamper with the balls in any way. Participants may not bring their own golf balls. If a club is adjusted during the round, it must be returned to its original setting before playing another stroke.If a club is damaged during a round the club may be replaced but not by borrowing a club from another competitor. Participants must not share clubs.
  2. Artificial Devices. A Participant must not set an object down to help with aiming or to help with taking a stance for the stroke (Using an alignment stick or a club on the ground is not permitted). A Participant must not use a device to listen to music or other audio to eliminate distractions or help with swing tempo. The use of any swing training aid is not permitted.
  3. Settings: Simulator settings shall be standardized for all participants either by GOLFZON or the Host Facility and participants may not change the settings. Participants must report any improper settings to the Host Facility or GOLFZON officials, as applicable.
  4. Tournament Committee: A group of at least three individuals selected by GOLFZON will have the authority to make all final interpretations and determinations under these Rules & Regulations. In accordance with Rules & Regulations and as otherwise set forth herein, the Tournament Committee, shall have the sole and exclusive authority to apply and enforce these Rules & Regulations throughout the GOLFZON TOUR ALLSTARS and shall, where necessary, make decisions regarding the interpretation of these Rules & Regulations. GOLFZON reserves the right, in accordance with these Rules & Regulations, to investigate, adjudicate and resolve any disciplinary matters that arise in connection with the GOLFZON TOUR ALLSTARS. The decisions of the Tournament Committee shall in all cases be final. Each Host Facility and each participant may take no action to hinder the activity or authority of GOLFZON and/or the Tournament Committee, nor their ability to enforce the Rules & Regulations as set forth herein.
  5. No Manipulation of Results: Neither the Host nor any Participant may (i) take any action designed to manipulate the results of any individual match; or (ii) participate or assist in any activities associated with the GOLFZON TOUR ALLSTARS that violate U.S. federal gambling laws or the gambling laws of the city, state, province, or nation having jurisdiction over such activities.

6. Simulator Failure: If the Host’s systems crash/freeze, then participants may only rejoin within the allotted time limit. Failure to rejoin the competition with in the time frame will forfeit the opportunity to post a score.

  1. Account Usage: Participants must not log in and play using another person’s ID for qualification or competition purposes. If caught, this will be considered a violation of the rules against ID theft and proxy play, which would lead to disqualification. Participants must only use their own ID, and proxy play may result in being referred to the disciplinary committee, potentially leading to future disqualification in competition participation.
  2. Course Length: The GOLFZON Tour is open to participants of all sexes and gender identities.Participants whose biological sex is female at birth shall have the option to participate from designated tees selected to result in a total course length that is approximately 85% of the length played by other participants, as determined by GOLFZON.
  3. Account Usage: Participants must not log in and play using another person’s ID for qualification or competition purposes. If caught, this will be considered a violation of the rules against ID theft and proxy play, which would lead to disqualification. Participants must only use their own ID, and proxy play may result in being referred to the disciplinary committee, potentially leading to future disqualification in competition participation.
