Golfzon’s New Indoor Golf Simulator Arrives at the PGA Show

Golfzon’s New Indoor Golf Simulator Arrives at the PGA Show

A PGA Golf show 2022 in Orlando with a large number of golf enthusiasts

There was a lot of hype revolving around the presentation of Golfzon's newest indoor golf simulator at the PGA Show 2022 in Orlando ahead of the event. It became clear that TwoVision was the most advanced simulator on the market as participants and media representatives took a few swings and experienced it in person.

With one of the largest booths in the show hall, visitors could see firsthand what makes TwoVision different and even play a few holes to really experience its almost unreal potential. In addition, a crowd of golfers and fans were treated to a happy hour event in which giveaways and lesson opportunities were generously given thanks to a partnership with the world-renowned Leadbetter Golf Academy.

Experiencing the Best Golf Simulator at the PGA Show

Golfzon's presence at the PGA Show was the largest yet, with thousands of golfers taking swings and learning more about Golfzon's wide range of products. Participants who played TwoVision were quick to proclaim that it was the best golf simulator they had ever laid their hands on.

“If there were an award for the best exhibitor booth at the PGA Merchandise Show, it would have to go to Golfzon,” shares Rob Spellman, a golf aficionado at the show. “They took tons of room and set up a bevy of simulators. Now the Golfzon simulator is among the best I have ever seen.”

One of the main distinguishing features of TwoVision is its graphics. This gave everyone playing at the PGA Show an incredible experience that truly captured the 200+ championship golf courses playable within the simulator. Not to mention the auto tee feature that has always been a fan favorite.

“There’s a bit of an addiction to the fact that it automatically re-tees your golf ball, almost like when Twitter or Instagram automatically refreshes your feed when you log back on, and I’m way in on their products,” remarked Kyle Porter of CBS Sports.

The advanced new swing plate feature was something golf enthusiasts had to see to believe. While TwoVision's previous version, Vision Premium, moves in 8 different directions, the new swing plate moves in 24 directions to realistically mimic the slope and terrain of the golf course you're playing on.

Not only does the swing plate effectively recreate the golf experience on the course, but it has five different surfaces that simulate different spots golfers typically encounter on the course, from fairway to rough, to fairway and greenside bunker.

Billy Chamblee of Golf Channel spoke with James MacDonald, National Sales Manager for Golfzon, about TwoVision. While playing a hole at the Evian Resort Golf Club in France, Bailey saw for himself how a moving wall and various surfaces can effectively enhance the course experience when she played a bunker shot with her ball on the greenside bunker mat, simulating the way a golf ball sinks down into the sand. “ [This is the] Crème de la crème of golf simulators,” Bailey declared, after trying the golf simulator.

The Golfzon booth also provided a teaser for the long-awaited introduction of the Golfzon Wave, which is scheduled to launch in late 2022. What sets it apart is its versatility and putting capability, which includes two rows of infrared camera sensors which allow golfers to putt everything out.

The Best Golf Simulator for Commercial Facilities

PGA Show attendees who have had the opportunity to try out TwoVision will soon be able to experience the best indoor golf simulators in places like their favorite sports bars. Many of TwoVision’s features make it the best golf simulator for a commercial facility and those who are looking into opening a golf simulator business should give the TwoVision a look.

When discussing the possibilities of the TwoVision, James McDonald told Bailey Chamblee that the indoor golf simulator is ideal for both commercial and residential use. “This is the beast of golf simulation right here. Who’s buying them? Everybody. We are in private residences, we are in bars and restaurants and pro shops. We’re really everywhere.”

Happy Hour attendees at the booth were able to see what makes Golfzon simulators fun and exciting. When two (or more) golf simulators are launched, players can play against each other using its network play mode. During the Happy Hour network play challenge, players could even see the ball fly on their opponent's screen, mimicking the experience they would have on a real outdoor course.

Even commercial indoor golf simulators that are not in the same location can still allow players to participate in tournaments and play in teams with other players from around the world using the Golfzon simulator.

Other types of indoor golf commercial spaces that use TwoVision's advanced technology include professional stores and academies such as Leadbetter Golf Academy. As part of the promotion, representatives of Leadbetter Golf Academy were present at the Golfzon stand giving away lessons for free.

Products like GDR are especially ideal for academies because they provide more detailed data and analytics than TwoVision. It features software and statistics designed for education, rather than entertainment and is much more comprehensive in terms of promoting better understanding and learning for users.

But Golfzon products are not only great for the customers of within the golfing community. Commercial indoor golf simulators are a great way for businesses to attract customers, especially with a product like TwoVision that allows players to play in leagues and tournaments. Starting a weekly league at your business have the potential to attract customers who love golf and are impressed by the quality of the simulator.

The Future of Indoor Golf Simulators

The PGA Show presentation and TwoVision's grand unveiling show the bright future for US golf zone simulators as the US continues to achieve off-course golf popularity in other parts of the world such as South Korea.  Soon enough they may be just as many opportunities and possibilities to play the golf simulator in local businesses near you.

In fact, the off-course industry is growing, as seen in the latest National Golf Foundation report which shows 12.4 million golfers will be playing off-course in 2021. It also depicts an increasing diversity in terms of demographics spanning from young players, women and non-white golfers playing on non-green grass courses.

With this part of the golf world growing, now is the perfect time to introduce more commercial golf simulators around the U.S. and take advantage of the growing interest in the sport even outside of the traditional golf course. And with the Golfzon’s popularity at this year’s PGA Show, it’s clear there’s no better option out there for the future of the golf simulator business than the TwoVision.

As this sector of the golf world continuously grows, now is the perfect time to introduce commercial golf simulators across the United States and maximize on the growing interest in the sport even beyond the traditional golf course. And with Golfzon's popularity at this year's PGA Show, it's clear that there's nothing that shows the future of the golf simulator industry better than TwoVision.
